WACA Times Survey … The Fall edition of the newsletter went in the mail today. On pages 6-7 you'll find an article about the dramatic rise of horse cruelty, neglect, and abandonment cases in Washington. We're collecting data for a future article and we need your help! Please consider the following and tell us what you think and why.
If you had a million dollars to spend on this issue, but could choose only one of the following options to spend it on, which would you choose?
— Increase capacity for rescue, sanctuary, shelter space for horses (how?)
— Reduce breeding (how would you do that?)
— Increase end-of-life options (how? euthanasia clinics? reinstate slaughter? cremation? horse cemeteries?)
